It’s the perfect spot in Dulwich village square! Lovely team, great outdoors seating and delicious food. Menu changes often. Live in the flat next door and so amenable. Highly recommend.

Just enjoyed a lovely quiche and salad. A very sweet cafe, very friendly staff, lovely food, and Monmouth coffee - what more could you ask for? The owner was really accommodating and also interested to hear about vegan options which was great for me. Said they could change meals as needed. Also they sell penny sweets, handmade chocolates and ice cream ☺️

Beautiful little find, out of several places on this little corner this one had decent size cups for coffee the others was all tiny (like flat white size). Everything in here looks delicious from the pastries to the cookies the doughnuts to the hand painted chocolates ! The two…More reviews

Relaxing tea with delicious pastry reading a book and watching the world go by. Owner is very accommodating. Please support these local businesses. They really deserve it. Visited again today and enjoyed a homemade crumble alongside an iced coffee - delicious!

Having tried sausage in multiple locations around the world, this one is by far the best! Crispy, juicy, tasty. It’s perfect!

At a time when all the coffee shops in Dulwich are charging extortionate amounts for coffee, this independent does so at a fraction of the price. Very reassuring And the coffee is good as well

I visit many Coffee shops through the year and like most people I need my Coffee fix whilst working and this by far is the best I have been to, you will always be greeted by the friendliest staff and a welcoming smile from all and look forward to visiting soon. Thumbs up to Laura, Courtney and the Owner (never did catch her name) 5 Stars plus. Vance
Had such a delicious coffee and carrot cake at this utter gem. Absolutely beautiful cafe. We went after visiting Dulwich Picture gallery (who unlike this cafe, don't accept Amex)!

Lovely little cafe. Went to Gail’s but as they do sometimes it was closed early. This turned out to be a blessing. Good coffee and decent pastry - the kind of home made feel that Gail lost years ago. I will certainly return and next time as my first choice
Since the planters were installed we’ve been stopping here regularly with the children. We would never have stopped before due to the “dirty diesels” as my children would say. Now it is a great location for breakfast, lunch or an afternoon snack. They also offer a good variety of vegan pastries so even dairy allergies are well catered for, much better than some other local places.

Exceptional establishment. I first found myself there after I had heard word that Gordon Ramsey had visited there (as his children attend the local schools), and tried one of the quiches that he had complemented. It was delicious, and having become a regular since I can say the same about all of their food.
Their chef hand bakes baguettes and an assortment of pastries each day, and is very open to suggestions for any sort of food and how you would like them prepared. It is an excellently managed establishment, always bringing in new and interesting cold drinks and snacks - and their patisserie is fantastic .
Beyond the food and the management, the hospitality is fantastic. They are really willing to go the extra mile to make their customers feel welcome and are always sure to cater to their need. The service is excellent and they always provide great recommendations!
If you ever find yourself in Dulwich, I strongly recommend visiting Au Ciel. You won't regret it.Opening hours
